These two plants have a special quality: The Aloe vera's sap is a treatment for grazes and insect bites. These two little plants exude a surprising amount of domestic ambiance in any space. The plant needs just a little bit of care. The Aloe vera handles dry weather well. The plant should occasionally be given a good splash of water and then left to dry out. This is much better for the plant than giving it a little water on a more regular basis. It is important that the water is able to drain away and not remain in the bottom of the pot. This houseplant likes plenty of light and can even handle being placed in direct sunlight. The two plants come with their own little terracotta pots.
