A fresh look. The dragon tree 'Sunray' (Dracaena marginata) leaves fan out in all directions, creating a playful effect! The 'Sunray' has long narrow leaves that are bright green with a dark green edge.
The plant does like light, but not strong, midday sunshine. Morning and evening sunshine, however, are fine for the Dracaena. Water the plant weekly. The Dracaena has a dormant period in the winter. During this period, the plant only needs to be watered occasionally. Water it a bit more in the summer. The leaves should also be sprayed occasionally. This prevents the leaf edges from drying out.
